Our Managing Director Mr. Roopendra Chavan Invited to Speak at IDPC 2026
Our Managing Director, Mr. Roopendra Chavan, has been invited as a speaker at the International Dairy Processing Conference 2026. This prestigious invitation recognises his contributions to advancing intelligent automation and modern manufacturing technologies in the global dairy industry.
With more than two decades of experience in dairy automation and process engineering, Mr. Roopendra Chavan has led Dairy Automation Pvt. Ltd. (DAPL) to become one of India’s leading companies in turnkey equipment for paneer and cheese manufacturing. DAPL’s solutions support dairies across more than 25 international markets.
Under his leadership, the company has introduced patented coagulation technologies, automated paneer and cheese manufacturing lines, and next-generation cheese vats designed to improve efficiency, hygiene, throughput and intelligent plant performance.
At IDPC 2026, our Managing Director will present key insights on smart dairy automation and the future of paneer and cheese manufacturing. His session will highlight how advanced technologies, data-driven systems and integrated automation are reshaping dairy production standards across India and global markets.
