Job Description

Role Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will engage with leads, understand customer needs, propose solutions, and close deals. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, attending client meetings, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle leads generated by the marketing team and direct customer enquiries.
  2. Conduct client meetings and product presentations (virtual & in-person).
  3. Travel to customer sites, exhibitions, and events to build relationships.
  4. Manage end-to-end sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, and marketing) to deliver solutions.
  6. Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA/engineering a plus but not mandatory).
  2. 1–3 years of sales experience; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4.  Willingness to travel (domestic & international).
  5. Goal-driven, proactive, and passionate about sales.
  6. Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
