Lathe Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain lathe machines for precision machining.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
3. Perform turning, threading, drilling, boring, and facing operations.
4. Ensure proper machine setup, tool selection, and alignment.
5. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lathe machines.
6. Adhere to safety and quality standards during all machining operations.
7. Maintain records of work completed and report any deviations.

Requirements:

1. ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
2. 3–5 years of proven experience as a Lathe Operator.
3. Strong knowledge of machining practices, measuring instruments, and quality parameters.
4. Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail.
